Introduction

Marek Janiszewski ("we", "us", or "our") operates Neo Tower, a mobile game available on the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

By downloading or using Neo Tower, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Information We Collect

Neo Tower is a single-player, offline game. We do not require user accounts or collect personal information directly. However, the following data may be collected through the app:

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — Your device's advertising identifier, collected only with your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Ad Interaction Data — Information about how you interact with advertisements displayed in the app, such as views and taps.
• Game Center Display Name — If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, your public display name is used to identify you on leaderboards.
• High Scores — Your game scores are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to any server.
• Analytics Data — Firebase Analytics automatically collects usage data such as app opens, session duration, screen views, and in-app events. This data is associated with an anonymous app-instance identifier.
• Crash Data — Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects crash reports including device state, device model, OS version, and stack traces when the app crashes.

How We Use Your Information

• Ad Serving — We display advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free availability of the app. If you grant tracking permission, ads may be personalized to your interests. Otherwise, you will see non-personalized ads.
• Leaderboards — Your Game Center display name and scores are used to display your rank on Game Center leaderboards.
• Local Gameplay — High scores are stored on your device to track your personal progress. This data never leaves your device.
• Analytics — We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the app, helping us improve gameplay and user experience.
• Crash Reporting — We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix stability issues and bugs.

Neo Tower integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Tracking & App Tracking Transparency

Neo Tower uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. When you first open the app, you will be asked whether you allow tracking for the purpose of delivering personalized advertisements.

• If you allow tracking — Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) may be shared with Google AdMob to serve ads tailored to your interests.
• If you deny tracking — No advertising identifier is shared, and you will receive non-personalized advertisements. The app functions identically in either case.

You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

• Google AdMob — Ad interaction data and, with your consent, your advertising identifier are shared for the purpose of serving advertisements.
• Apple Game Center — Your display name and scores are shared with Apple's Game Center service for leaderboard functionality.
• SKAdNetwork — Aggregated, non-personal install attribution data is shared with registered ad networks through Apple's privacy-preserving framework.
• Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage and engagement data is shared with Google's Firebase service for analytics purposes.
• Firebase Crashlytics — Crash reports and diagnostic data are shared with Google's Firebase service to help us identify and fix issues.

We do not operate any backend servers. No data is transmitted to or stored on servers controlled by us.

Data Storage & Retention

Neo Tower stores high scores locally on your device using iOS's built-in storage (UserDefaults). This data exists only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Apple Game Center) is stored and retained according to their respective privacy policies. We do not have access to or control over data held by these services.

Children's Privacy

Neo Tower is available for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Advertisements shown to younger users are served in a manner compliant with applicable child protection regulations, including COPPA. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app's third-party services, please contact us and we will take steps to address the matter.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Since Neo Tower operates without a backend server, your gameplay data remains on your device and is protected by your device's built-in security features, including encryption and passcode protection.

Data transmitted to third-party services (such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics) is handled over encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Opt out of tracking — Deny or revoke the ATT permission in your device settings at any time.
• Reset advertising identifier — Reset your IDFA via Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
• Delete local data — Uninstalling Neo Tower removes all locally stored data (high scores) from your device.
• Request information — Contact us to ask what data, if any, is associated with your use of the app.
• Data deletion — For data held by third-party services, please refer to their respective privacy policies for deletion procedures. For any data under our control, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
